We are always on the look-out for another museum. We planned our stay at the Yannis Hotel in order to take in the Phillipi Museum and the archaeological site close by.

We drove directly into the site parking and bought one ticket which covered the site and the museum. We walked the site first, then we visited the museum, and then walked back on the road to the car parking. This route worked well for us.
