We stayed a few days in Siem Reap and experienced some of the most delicious food. One restaurant, New Hope, was a training restaurant for kids (who were going to school) and learning a trade. We had a very wonderful meal, with excellent wait staff, and we were contributing to a worthwhile project.
Of course we visited a few other food eateries in Siem Reap and all were good. But, more on that in another post!
