We love frequenting fish tavernas! Mainly because they have fantastic fish! But the salads, the metzedies, the kebabs, and the souvlaki are also pretty darn delicious!
We found the Aristea while driving along the beautiful seaside roads of Evia and had to go back for dinner that night (oh ok and the night after too!). The food was as fresh, hot and delicious as it could have been. I had the calamari (surprise) and my husband had the kebabs (ground meat on a stick) with fries. Loved it so much!
We sat at a table by the sea and were lulled into a deep relaxation with the waves slapping against the patio seawall.
Greek table wine also helps with the relaxation part as well! We always get a half liter for dinner.
The sunset is always beautiful and Evia was turning out to be one of our ‘new’ favorite places.
We came back to the same restaurant the next night, sat in the same seats and table and enjoyed another great meal of grilled octopus and sardines!
