The street vendors of Bangkok are world renowned for great, quick food! Our first street vendor meal last night did not disappoint! So, many choices and so many food carts make a wise man wonder…what will I have next? Locals take a great amount of pride in their food carts by preparing and displaying everything interesting in an interesting manner. You can find squid to crispy pork rinds, from pork (whatever that is) to minced chicken…there are all kinds of Asian veggies and kale (yes one of my favorite veggies) and cabbage! If you delight in all aspects of food from prep to savoring that last taste, Bangkok is a place to be elevated to the top of your ‘foodie’ list!
