The road to Hoi An is long, winding, and steep….but beautiful. Our bus struggled to make the upward climb. We met many another bus teetering around outside curves in the road and many a car had to back up ‘a bit’ to allow us to pass.
At the top of the mountain was a spot well known for the views and many wedding parties took advantage of the spectacular scene for photographs. As the wedding couples lined up to get photos taken against the back drop of the mountain and the expanse of valley and water vista below we managed to get in a rest stop and also admire the view.
Worth the stop for the wedding excitement and views!
