Ah the comical faces under the conical hats, just makes my heart swoon!
What a great time for our group with bicycles, boats and water buffalo in tow. The group looked like the nursery rhyme ‘three men in a tub’ as they squeezed into the small tea cup shape boats and floated down the river.
It seems that the buffalo appreciated the help and loved to give rides and the field watering is never done. 
Our hosts were a very old couple who have been married for 75 years, and I guess they also appreciated the farm help. They were so sweet together, holding hands and smiling at each other. 
Enjoyable is an understatement!
