If there is a good show on the island of Aitutaki then this is it! The Tamanu Beach Resort has a wonderful cultural show (with local club dancers) and a fabulous Polynesian (30 item) buffet dinner.
We took a chance on getting seats for the Thursday night and were rewarded! The Temanu Beach Resort is on the main street of Aitutaki and located right on the beach where the cultural show takes place. An open air restaurant with lovely tables next to the ocean is a real delight. But, the buffet dinner is the food high light. With 30 different , delicious items including crackling pig and salads to call crisp and delicious this was truly an awesome spread!
The price of $75 per person is well worth the food and the cultural show. I can’t say enough good about it so you will have to go try it for yourselves!
